Overview All products in our store are custom print-on-demand items. Each order is made specifically for you after purchase, which means processing time is required before shipment.

Production & Processing Time

  • Apparel (tees, hoodies): 2–5 business days
  • Mugs, bags, home decor: 2–7 business days
  • Baby/kids items: 2–5 business days

International 10–20 business days 5–10 business days

Multiple Shipments Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners (Printify & Printful), your order may arrive in separate packages from different locations. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Carriers Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment partner processing your item.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Delays Production and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by high demand, holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at  and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
