We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We generally doesn't accept returns or exchanges, however there are some exceptions, including:

Damaged or defective products

We offer a free reprint or refund if you report the issue within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. This includes defects in appearance, functionality, or packaging.

 Unsuccessful delivery

We may offer a reprint for an extra fee or a partial refund if the order is unsuccessful. This could include if the order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address. We may also offer a free reprint if they determine there was no error on their or the customer's part.

Wrong product received

We offer a free reprint or refund if the wrong product is received withing 14 day of delivery. This also means that the returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within the 14 days of product delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
